Overall, good hotel.Stayed over the Christmas period, and the location was fantastic.You do need to ask at reception each day you want room service generally.But the room service team are rather good.For example, when we left my partners plush crocodile in the bed while we had room service clean the room.They tucked in the plush back into the clean/tidied bed. We had a lovely stay over Christmas. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. The hotel left presents from Santa outside of our room door on Christmas Eve, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated by the kids! Our room was warm & quiet, with a fabulous view of the sea and promenade. Breakfast was cooked well and very nicely presented each morning. The hotel car park was convenient and worth paying for at only £4 per day.

Me and my kids stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas and we had a lovely time, location is litrally right on the sea front.
