I ordered via the app, it stated that the food was ready for collection but had to wait around for 5 minutes. The waiting area doesn't have any seat, i am assuming this is to discourage people to eat there but please sort the timing or provide adequate waiting facilities. Once I receive my pizza, I had to remind them of item also ordered. So little note of advice make sure you have a copy of what you ordered to ensure you have everything.
i can't even order for my BF...i live in another country and my BF in Gwynedd is sick and can't go out, so i wanted to order him food, yet i can't...should do something about it (wasn't restricted before)
