We've gone here for years, always raved about it to people. Just bought a large fish and chips for pickup and after seeing it, it definitely is not a large portion. If it is, I would hate to see what they call a normal portion. Phoned up to say they had made a mistake and was told, "no, that is the large portion, buddy. ORDERED AND WAITED 3 HOURS FOR DELIVERY PHONE COMPLANED,TELLING THEM MY BOYS SPECIAL NEEDS ORDERED TAKEAWAY FOR QUICKNESS ,SAID 45 MIN ,I THOUGHT OK. SO NOW MY BOY GONE OUT NO FOOD , AS STILL WAITING 3 HOURS LATER IT ON WAY

Used regularly, but last time called 3 times to chase delivery, at 1 hour and 20 minutes I got a text saying order was cancelled, no apology, nothing, so that's me done, plenty to choose from. It's a shame when businesses treat loyal customers like this !
