We went to Pennys after discovering the two other cafes we had identified were no longer in business. The place was clean, the owner friendly and welcoming but the food, while adequate and inexpensive, was uninspiring. I had beans on toast with a tea and my pal had full English breakfast which was nicely cooked and presented it came with tea and toast. Cafe is clean and penny was welcoming and chatty she also does take outs and outside buffet catering.
