I am a care worker and when I attended this McDonalds in Bridgend (which was my first time there) I had in my care a young boy with Autism, I went inside and asked for his favourite meal, as it was before 11am it was unavailable, I said we would wait for it but the manager said it would be a while, when I explained who it was for he went above and beyond, he offered something for the young boy to have in the meantime and offered to cook him some of his food straight away. We visited at a very busy time (between 12-1pm) and lots of students from the college were there. Despite this,the staff were still keeping on top of clearing tables and the place was very clean. We didn't wait long for our food. Our meal was lovely and hot and well packed. We ate inside and didn't find a problem when looking for somewhere to sit.
