As Monty Python said āthat piece of Halibut was good enough for Jehovah!ā Iāve got to say, the quality of the fish in particular is excellent. The batter is extremely crisp, even by the time you get it home. Most chippies, the batter is soggy when you get it back. The place is spotless!! Very rude member of staff on Saturday night who was making one mistake after another, attitude given, didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing. My food was not good as a result, soggy chips and batter was soft on fish. Was really looking forward to my food after a day at work but was very disappointed in service and food.

A really fanatic chippy located in Bridgend. We travel from Maesteg to go here as we find itās the best money for value and extremely tasty. The fish is extremely good and white how I like it.Only downside is they donāt provide plastic forks but thatās not their fault due to the new ban on single plastic use for businesses.
