Not a terrible experience but was let down by the female "sandwich artist" who looked as miserable as sin and showed no customer service skills whatsoever. I got the impression that she didn't want to be there and it felt like she resented our presence too. The gentleman on the till was, in complete contrast to this, an absolute pleasure to be served by. He was friendly, smiling, and acted as if he was more than happy to serve us.
