Friday 20th October and we visited this Branch of Costa in the heart of Cardiff. Was not really sure of the address, so it is the Branch that overlooks the Old Library Building and Tourist Information Centre. One of us went up to the counter to order two flat whites, while the other went to find somewhere to sit. lovely coffee I like the app too, it will give you some freebies from time to time, and collect beans in which you can claim a free coffee when you have enough, staff are friendly and welcoming and have a good sense of knowlege

Good standard of service. Staff informed us when we were in the queue about them being shorthanded, so we can make informed choice whether we want to continue to queue or not.\\n\\nThe cafe itself is very spacious. So, we can comfortable sit and wait for our order.
