I placed an order online, and the lady who attended to me, her service was top-notch. I ordered fried rice extra portion. This had little/no taste. The happy house mixed meat fried rice was ‘wet and soft’ it was difficult to understand if it was still fried rice.The prawns with mixed vegetable had little taste. I wonder if the cook was cautious! This place has been dishing out first class food every single time I have ordered. When I’ve been to collect, I’ve been made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Over the phone you have always been so helpful and accommodating. Tonight however, our experience has melted my heart. I cheekily asked for chop sticks and fortune cookies… my request was met total agreement with a level of service I haven’t had in the most high brow restaurants I’ve visited. Ordered our dishes from Happy House as our normal Chinese takeaway was shut.Meals ordered were nice and tasty.One question I have for most takeaways is the quality of the chicken or the meat they use. Can certainly say that it is not the good quality you get from supermarkets or butchers.
