Straight away, the waiter took the drinks order, and great to know they had stella on the menu. Poppadoms were next, and a first for me was the coconut powder instead of your normal lime pickle. The powder on a poppadom was very nice and went well with the other condiments. Onion bhaji next (4 small ) and then we had our main meals which came out in good time and they tasted extremely nice. I absolutely loved the food, it was gorgeous!! The staff were so friendly and really welcoming. Food came at a lovely pace, it wasn’t too slow - the food was gorgeous, and very lovely atmosphere. Will definitely come back again ??

This is still the best authentic curry restaurant in Cardiff. The service is excellent the staff are always professional and friendly. The discount on the takeaway is very generous. I always visit at least once a week for a takeaway. I highly recommend the Empire. Mr James
