Booked a table for my father's birthday which was noted with table decorations the manager also noted my family was very elderly and set up a table downstairs the service was very helpful and friendly food was served hot and freshly made even on a busy Saturday evening service was 10 out 10
Stopped off here today for some lunch. A great choice on our part. From the moment we walked in the customer service was exceptional. Jacob especially was the epitome of top notch customer service. The Grosvenor was welcoming, warm & friendly. All of the staff were outstanding. Our food arrived on very good time.
