Holyhead road, Froncysyllte, LlangollenA lifesaver....we were walking Offa's Dyke with 2 vehicles and left a set of keys behind. An impromptu venture into The Aqueduct Inn meant we got a welcoming reception from the lady and young man behind the bar to find a taxi for us. While we waited we had a GORGEOUS Sunday lunch with apple crumble and 4 alcohol-free lagers for not much over 40 quid. Great value. Delicious. And a bonus of a great view of Pontcysyllye Aqueduct, as the name might suggest!!! We will visit again for sure. Easy to find on the A5.
