A lifesaver....we were walking Offa's Dyke with 2 vehicles and left a set of keys behind. An impromptu venture into The Aqueduct Inn meant we got a welcoming reception from the lady and young man behind the bar to find a taxi for us. While we waited we had a GORGEOUS Sunday lunch with apple crumble and 4 alcohol-free lagers for not much over 40 quid. Great value. Delicious. Visted here today for lunch after a walk , we had the most delicious lunch my husband is a veggie and he loved the fact they had lots of veggie options he chose the banana blossom fish and chips which he adored I had the salmon pasta which was soooooo nice ,friendly staff lovely views , we will most definitely return , Thanks for a lovely afternoon xx

The best home cooked meal I’ve had in a long time the lamb chops were delicious. Not cheap there but the price reflects the food it was worth every single penny. Also dog friendly and bar man was so attentive and polite. Will definitely visit again . Thank you
