I love this quaint little gem of a pub. A traditional pub with great armosphere and the best locals of Gresford and surrounding areas. Jean is the best landlady ever. So warm and welcoming with her hospitality. Thankyou Jean for a much needed service and keeping your pub true to tradition. Xx See you soon Gill (and brother Dave when hes over visiting!)

Stayed over for a night in our campervan. EHU worked great, owner was able to supply a connector for our adapter! Had a few drinks in the pub before an early close due to being very quiet. Kitchen was shut for the weekend but the landlord recommended a good takeaway as offered plates and cutlery, very handy! We camped here over the weekend and couldn’t have asked for more. The landlord and landlady couldn’t have provided more for us, they went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We had the bar kept open later for us and a gorgeous full english in the morning. Only 15£ for the camping pitch, with hot showers, toilets, and fridges provided. So much stunning country side around, 100% recommend to everyone.
