A lovely pub! We popped in this evening whilst on our travels. The staff are very nice and we felt welcome despite not having a reservation. We were served by a very friendly waitress who made things easy. The portions are a good size and the food is lovely. I had my first ever cocktail there (the banana one! Strongly recommend). The dining area we were in was airy and attractive and the atmosphere is great. It was a great evening. I would recommend it.

An very good Sunday lunch all round. A bit skimpy on the roasties at 1. The gravy could have been thicker. The meat was excellent with lovely thick generous portions. Everything tasted delicious. Server was very pleasant and friendly.
