Laugharne, CarmarthenThis place is an absolute gem just out of the centre of Laugharne. Compact, small business, family run, it is a wonderful fusion of local Welsh produce and perhaps surprising but beautifully provided Spanish cuisine. The only way to describe it for me is proper home cooked food ( I had the meatballs) that I would happily order and enjoy in a top end restaurant. There was eight of us and we almost filled the place but not one person was disappointed with their meal. Point to note here, a number of our group are vegetarian, and they were very happy with their options. Give it a go if you are in town. The lovely people who run it deserve all the success they achieve.
