Love Hwyl and the food, as do my friends who I frequent there with. More upmarket than your usual café, and owners are lovely. However, I would say staff need to work on the friendly welcome. Tasty meals all around from fish to steaks but our favs were the parmesan & truffle fries - I could have eaten a plate of these. Relaxed atmosphere and reasonably priced will certainly return again soon.
