The Angel Inn
Grosmont, AbergavennyWe live just outside Abergavenny and had read about The Angel so decided to pop over for lunch on Saturday afternoon and are really glad we did. The pub is a lovely traditional pub and we were sat right by the wood burner which was fantastic on a grey afternoon. The service was very friendly, the wines were great and the food was delicious! The duck and the chocolate fondant were highlights! We will definitely be back.

Pontrilas, HerefordStopped for some food as we were visiting sites in the area. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. The owner was so friendly and advised us of some places to visit close by which was very nice of her to do. Kilpeck church was the best thing we had seen all day. A fascinating little church with so much history so thank you for the recommendation to the owner. The cakes were amazing too. Would definitely recommend this cafe

1861 Restaurant with Rooms
Old Ross Rd, Cross Ash, AbergavennyWe had the most attentive and wonderful experience here today. The food was outstanding both in its presentation, its variety, its freshness and its flavour. We were a party of four and we could all honestly say that we’d have been happy to have any of the meals presented before .

B4347, Kentchurch, HerefordThe place was amazing, atmosphere so special, it was like everyone was at a family gathering. Staff outstanding, the beef WOW, the sweet potatoes in miso butter, broccoli, the white chocolate and raspberry tart with ice cream. All unbelievably delicious. Thank you had the best time ?
