“This local Pub turned out to be just what we were looking for. The pub was recommended by a local it was extremely busy and it was essential to book as it was very busy.
The staff were super friendly and provided home cooked food of the highest standard with equally good service at excellent prices that didn’t break the bank. My lamb shank was excellent along with all of our parties dishes. Can’t recommend this establishment more.”

“Popped in on the off chance we’d get a table on a busy Saturday evening. The staff were brilliant and fitted us in. The wife ordered the Salmon and I had the tiger prawns. Both of us were very happy with our meals. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the atmosphere was great. I’d definitely recommend this place. We were also joined by our daughter and two of her friends which was no problem at all and the staff sorted seats for them too. Great place, lovely food, very easy parking, all round great place.”

“If you've read my earlier reviews you'll have guessed i'm somewhat of a social butterfly. I like food, i like drink, i love the combination of the two together and that's what you get at this heavenly establishment. Now, an all you can eat Chinese buffet for prices around the stupid mark like £5 a head, this is an all you can eat oasis. As i've said prices are scandalously reasonable and food is nice and fresh and the choices are pretty good. A few not overly authentic but i suppose in this day and age you have to cater for everyone and at £5 a head, who really cares what your getting? A little out the way of Merthyr High Street the Brunswick is neatly tucked into aside street and if your not careful you will miss it. Although, i recommend you look out for their Ford Focus delivery car that has THE BRUNSWICK written appropriately up the side and follow it. Its always cruising about town! So all in all a nice place with nice food and nice prices. What are you waiting for?”
