There was a very polite and friendly Indian young man on the first window. He went out of his way to ask how we were and how our day was. He is exceptional at customer service and stands out against peers. In contrast on the second window a young guy handed us our food. However they could ask if there are any sauces you'd like.

Absolutely disgusting!! Food was 45 mins late, absolutely freezing cold, chips like rubber only had a handful of chips when it was supposed to be a large, drink is half filled!! Rang the store to speak to manager absolutely disgusting she was the way she spoke to me, I'll be taking this to area management!! Hope to god she gets the sack!!!!

Got a drive through at 2am after a really tough day. Just wanted to say the staff were really lovely, I didn’t get anyone’s name but I spoke to a blonde girl with glasses who was so friendly and cheerful. Just wanted to say thank you for brightening my day :)

Hot chocolate was like luke warm dish water. Returned it and then it was hot dish water.
Food from McDonald's Castle gardens used to be really nice but now it all taste bland regardless of what burger. They don't really have much tatse difference in the choices compared to the price jumps for special burgers. Very little salad next to none in most!The Fries are far to salty, I ordered to meals to take out and they didn't even include the fries I had to go back, in all fairness they provided the fries with no fuss at all, it was extremely busy due to the parade in Swansea, so that clearly added pressure it was very manic inside.The restaurant could do with having a more structured cuing system as my recommendation.

Visited during half term with my 3yr old, as you can imagine it was heaving. Managed to get a seat eventually. Ordered food via app, then my daughter needed the loo. I asked the lady who was clearing tables if she could help look after my table. Fair play to her, she stood guard and kept our table free for our return. Food arrived and was hot and fresh.

Enjoyed our food. The lady didn't see straws and napkins on our tray as I went passed so went and got me some without me knowing. I then found them under our order. They were very polite. Also the toilets were very clean even though it was half way through dinner time and the students were back and fore using them.
