Got a drive through at 2am after a really tough day. Just wanted to say the staff were really lovely, I didn’t get anyone’s name but I spoke to a blonde girl with glasses who was so friendly and cheerful. Just wanted to say thank you for brightening my day :)
Food from McDonald's Castle gardens used to be really nice but now it all taste bland regardless of what burger. They don't really have much tatse difference in the choices compared to the price jumps for special burgers. There was a very polite and friendly Indian young man on the first window. He went out of his way to ask how we were and how our day was. He is exceptional at customer service and stands out against peers. In contrast on the second window a young guy handed us our food. However they could ask if there are any sauces you'd like.
