Went to Malpas Court for the Gwyl Newydd festival. Lovely house, with history of owners etc on display at various points. Potted plants for sale out the back. Nice little cafe too. Went there to deliver a wedding cake. The staff were so helpful. There is a small cafe area and a small bar.The room where the wedding service took place was quite adequate in size though once the service was over the same room had to be set up for the reception and it was obviously stressful for the staff to do this. Lovely food at very reasonable prices. Perhaps not the fatest service if you arenin a hurry but the friendliness of the staff and the value more than made up for that, would eat here again.
