There was no more physical space in our stomachs. We tried everything from the Christmas Menu except "Pastrama de oaie." I came back on 26th to try it, but the shop was closed. Overall, I highly recommend it.
This was a wonderful surprise for two tourists like us. Cozy location in the centre of Newport (next to our Mercure Hotel). Delicious and authentic Romanian food. The host offered to prepare a mixed grill plate for two that was absolutely to die for. The soups (tripe and meat balls) were so fresh and cooked to perfection. Excelent Romanian restaurant, cosy atmosphere and friendly hosts . Food quality is great also is daily fresh made . We had “Ciorba de burtă” & “ mici “ and they were delicious. We will be back very soon for a party !
