Rice dishes are lovely, golden special fried rice with very tasty gravy is the best. We also recommend curry dishes, salt & pepper dishes, peking dishes & crispy garlic chicken. Food smells delicious. We tried all other local restaurants & takeways, Kwai Chin has been favourite for over 15y. Friendy staff who do mind customising dishes & it is very good value

I have been coming to this takeaway for years. All the Chinese takeaways in the area are pretty decent tbf but this is my favourite go to place, I recommend the Curry dishes, Singapore Rice or Noddles. I’ve read some of the bad reviews on here where ppl have tried it once and decided to run a family business down, I’m sure these are the same ppl that have never cooked a bad meal at home themselves. Enjoyed takeaway here while on holiday nearby. Food was really tasty, had king prawns with bamboo shoots and water chestnut & the wife had chicken with ginger and spring onion crab & sweetcorn soup. The staff are so helpful and welcoming, and food was still hot after our 15 min drive back to the cottage. Busy and extremely popular which told us the food was good ......and it was.
