Cannot rate this place highly enough,We need more healthy places like this and we are lucky to have Mother Nature in Penarth!The overnight oats taste incredible and I can’t wait to try the other great food on offer.From a selfish point I wish it was open earlier so I can grab breakfast before work lolKeep up the great work!
