On a misty damp afternoon in February the Pier Cafe made a delightful place for a cup of tea after a brisk walk along the pier.Friendly staff, warm atmosphere and an excellent cuppa!!!

Very impressed with the prompt service from the staff who were obviously very busy today. Very courteous and be polite staff behind the counter. Very clean establishment and tables. Wheel chair access for which my 92 year old Aunt says Thank you. Thank you Penarth Peir Cafe.
