We ordered through Just Eat and our order arrived with missing items, which happens, we weren't upset about it, we phoned the restaurant and were asked if we could come pick up. We told them that we don't drive and aren't close enough to walk and were then told that the driver would call back. She did was was very rude, responding to my partner's greeting with "So, what's wrong?" We explained, and she asked if we were happy to wait for our items or if we would like a refund. Ordered several times, a bit hit and miss with some items depending on what time of the day you order.Though still trying to work out how vegetable fried rice, comes as rice with fried vegetables in a sauce ontop!Not too happy this time with delivery charge, the 30p bag charge and the service charge.Will be trying elsewhere.
