Travelled back 'home' to see family and friends after 2 years and it was great to see the place so full of life and everyone enjoying themselves. I am English but used to live in Pwllheli and my partner is from there. They are not anti English at all, unless you go in there with an attitude!! It IS a traditional Welsh pub and obviously they will speak their own language. Avoid if you have a problem with that. What a wonderful pub, we were made to feel so welcome. A great pub garden that is dog friendly even with an outdoor TV to catch the sport on.Well kept beer and really friendly service made sure we returned several times.When we arrived by bike in the rain they even securely stored them for us.Thank you ♥️

We were made welcome and allowed to sit outside with our dog. They serve a good pint of Guinness and the barman helped us to make our own cocktails. We are looking forward to returning.
