What lovely young men with very nice polite smiles who served us .a lady also who was very kind she was cleaning up but let us in with our doggie to look closer at the yummy ice creams ....its always nice to be greeted with a smile and the lady was showing us all the new flavours which we tried and really enjoyed .thank you for your kindness . Best ice cream around. Hence it is very busy during the summer months. Coffees also worth having and the staff are great with children and particularly dogs. Our dogs love walking by - daily!

A wonderful, friendly place with excellent quality ice cream. The lady who served us was utterly fantastic; she was so kind to my friend’s small child, getting down to her level to chat with her and ask her what flavour ice cream she’d like. It’s always a nice treat to go and get an ice cream, but Chaplins is always an especially uplifting experience.
