Well what can I say….Maxine and the crew were fantastic. I felt welcome from the minute I walked in. The staff were attentive and friendly and made me feel like one of the locals. I was impressed with the menu and opted for the pie. As a part time chef I consider myself a bit of a pie snob and I can tell you it did not disappoint. Can’t recommend this place enough, I’ll definitely be back.

We contacted the landlord Maxine to help us to co-host our sons birthday party along with a gaming van we had hired with another company, and she was so accommodating, friendly and helpful from start to finish. Her and the staff went the extra mile on the day, bringing out jugs of juice for the kids throughout, prioritising our party and checking we had everything we needed. Absolutely a great place! Staff are amazing, the atmosphere is fantastic, such a friendly and welcoming place to come realx and enjoy an evening. Great food, fast service highly recommended.Parking: Parking is free but limited to spaces given the size, however parking is available a few yards down in the local Coop store.Wheelchair accessibility: Access for wheelchair and all are welcome.
