Ordered from here and had to wait over 2 hours for my delivery to come, after an hour I rang them and was told ‘they’re in area’ I live 5 minutes away from the chinese and ended up waiting another hour. Rang again and was told they’re on their way, waited another 15 mins and it came, wrong order and chips were hardly cooked. Not the first time its arrived extremely late with wrong or missing items.
poor show guys!ordered food direct with shop, said not to follow satnav and for delivery driver to phone for directions, delivery driver phoned and said he followed satnav and wanted us to go find him, driver unable to follow basic directions, text him w3w and Google pin drop of our front door but still failed to deliver. you've not lost a delivery you have lost a customer
