We just had breakfast at Crossland mcdonalds. We were greeted by a lovely lady lesley. She spoke beautifully to my kids and kept them occupies with colouring etc. A home from home friendly but professional vibe! Absolutely will be back.
Went in at 10 50told that I couldn't have a big mac as it was still breakfast so asked for breakfast muffin it was so long in coming that I could have ordered a big mac place dull staff helpful but

First time at this particular place. Food was as to be expected from this franchise, but I was delighted to get a few curry sauces for free instead of being charged 10p each like most of the other stores do.
