Been to many McDonald's but this one based in swansea city centre is clean well managed staff ever so helpful and so polite everyone smiling no one seems miserable in this place. Food is fantastic milkshake are delicious chocolate taste like chocolate not like the ones in London I have been having. Highly recommend this McDonald's ?
I usually refrain from writing negative reviews but the place is not worth having food or wasting money in or takeaway. Same rubbish junk food which attracts a special crowd. Except for the staff the place is a big no go for me or my family.

The usual good value McDonald's fare, and hard working staff. But the upstairs seating area is truly opressive. Yes have a small part of it that resembles a graffiti strewn skate park, but not the entire area.
