Last minute Sunday lunch at 5pm (they stop serving at 6pm) Staff cery frienly and proffessional. Chose from the well priced 2 course Sunday lunch menu for £25. Had the Beef dinner. Second overnight stay and meal in restaurant this year. We asked and got the same cozy room ?.The room is spacious with heigh ceilings, it is in the original building. It was spotless and has a great shower.It is almost impossible to get the kettle in the bathroom sink for water though ?We had booked the ‘couples package’ allowing us to arrive at noon and to leave at noon the following day. Only went to the restaurant. I was sceptical to begin with as the portions were quite small but the food made up for it. The food was absolutely amazing and the fact that you can get a 3 course for around 30 pounds is an amazing deal for the quality of the food. Couldn't recommend it enough, for both family, friends and date nights.
