The service was excellent but 2 of us asked for medium rare steak and the owner even asked how rare but both were too well done. Disappointing as the place was recommended. We did mention it but no offer of any discount, just "I'll tell the chef off"
We had just arrived at our holiday destination about a mile down the road and decided to come here for lunch. It was about 3pm when we arrived, place was empty but we had a very nice greeting from the barmaid. We all ordered a sandwich and a portion of chips, it was all freshly made and very tasty, would definitely recommend.

1st visit here and the food certainly didn't disappoint, steak was cooked to perfection and the flavour was amazing,excellent value for money,extremely friendly and efficient staff,definitely will be going back
