The Bluebell
93 High St, Henley-in-ArdenWe went to the Bluebell last night with family and it was an outstanding night out. We were met by the owner (who is a great host) who took coats and showed us to the table. The menu is not extensive but sufficient and the quality is outstanding. It changes 4 times a year plus specials so it’s worth checking before hand if concerned - you shouldn’t be ! The owner takes a personal interest in the selection of ingredients which shows in the results produced.\n\nWe started with the Scallops - V recommended. Main courses - most of us wanted the Rib eye but unfortunately they only had one left - real shame since it looked really good. I had the Lamb Tagine which is warming and slightly spicy - the apricots are put in late so they retain their texture. The fish risotto was also good with squid, langoustine prawns and clams \n\nThe puddings also deserve a mention - the cheesecake was our favourite \n\nOverall - a really good night out

The Bull's Head
Stratford Rd, Wootton Wawen, Henley-in-Ardencame today and it was great been saying well come for ages but never did haha food and drinks were great this place is perfect credits to our waiter zach we know him from his old job in Henley he’s great :) so are the bar staff everyone is very friendly and attentive will definitely come again !!!

Henley Ice Cream Limited
152 High St, Henley-in-ArdenOne of the best tasting ice cream I've ever had for a good price. Been coming here most times I am in Birmingham for the past decade. Far better than any of the premium ice cream chains for cheaper. Vegan friendly. Also have small and large ice cream tubs to buy for home.

Hill Farm Marina, Stratford Rd, Henley-in-ArdenWOW. My wife and I visited for a 'spur of the moment' lunch on a Saturday. Plenty of free car parking, with the restaurant overlooking rolling hills, fields and a marina (would be even more stunning with summer weather). We were seated quickly and attentively. My wife chose the chicken with Greek salad and I selected the fish and chips, with a side order of onion rings. The portion sizes were large (having ordered the onion rings, I suffered from 'eyes bigger than belly' syndrome ?). The quality of the food was excellent. My wife's Greek salad seemed 'never ending' - and she was unable finish it. Plenty of helpful, cheery staff on hand. Would DEFINITELY recommend a visit.

90 High St, Henley-in-ArdenAvocado smash had literally no seasoning at all. Quite strange! Rest of the food and coffee was really nice. I know it’s not the venues fault but by god every single group that came in were SO loud it was really offputting!

Would of given 4.5 stars officially but wouldn't steal a star from them as it was pretty close?

Costa Coffee
68 High St, Henley-in-ArdenWe popped in for a hot drink on the way back from a trip and were impressed by this store! The staff were friendly and welcoming and it was clean and tidy. The drinks were made well and up to the usual quality. The toilet was very clean and no code required for access, which was a nice surprise. Phone signal inside is practically non-existent, so you'll have to connect to the WiFi which was easy enough. There's free on-street parking for two hours on the main road outside the store. Will be sure to pop by again next time we're in the area!

Nuthurst Grange Country House Hotel
Nuthurst Ln, Hockley Heath, SolihullWe held my daughters wedding (Alicia and Sam) at the Nuthurst Grange Hotel on Saturday the 2nd August 2025. Our great thanks and appreciation go out to all of the staff including Magda, Orsi, Lazlo and Dawn. It was an absolutely perfect day and the staff could not do enough for everyone. The Wedding Breakfast and service was exceptional and run like clockwork by the Master of Ceremonies, Orsi, and the IT facilities being used during the speeches were overseen by Lazlo. The rooms used by ourselves and close family the same evening were luxurious (and I've stayed in many hotels over the years on both business and pleasure) and the breakfast / service (Dawn) on the Sunday morning was faultless. The post wedding ceremony drinks and canapes and evening celebrations / food in the Stables and outside covered area were professionally served with an unbeatable atmosphere. You will not find a better wedding venue anywhere. Thank you to everyone at the Nuthurst Grange for making the weekend so special and unforgettable. Best regards, Chris and Helen Corten.

Although we went on a Tuesday night, the service was slower than usual but we have been here so many times and the food is great. It was extremely busy considering it was a Tuesday.

Cheery welcome by the landlord, low beamed ceilings cask ales and a good reasonably priced food offer . Nothing not to like except we couldn't stay longer .

La Dolce Piazza
30 High St, Henley-in-ArdenMy partner and I had a last minute midweek break in Henley and took a walk up the high street in search of food. We decided upon La Dolce and from the moment we stepped inside, the service and and atmosphere was superb. The waitress was so friendly and really helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, we will definitely visit again!

Every member of staff was brilliant, including Peter Glynn who was serving tables, chatting to every guest, and just being a top bloke. Can’t wait to return.
