I just wanted to let everyone know what an asset the young man who works/manages your Rugby branch, with the coloured hair & Irish accent, is to the organisation. Every time I go in despite being rushed off his feet & under pressure, he remains calm and polite & has a kind word for everybody. One of the nicest and less frantic places for a coffee at Elliotts Field. Queues are shorter and better dealt with than at other venues. Cakes are excellent, coffee good and staff helpful.

Really lovely atmosphere, bright and spacious, but also welcoming and cozy. Delightful, classic piano music playing in the background. Staff were warm and friendly, but professional & efficient also. We found a cozy corner and enjoyed a toasted teacake and a grande dark roast latte. If I want to have excellent coffee and a catch up, this is where I want come.
