Visited first time during the week. Will make it a more regular visit in future. Found a welcoming friendly atmosphere, a pub with helpful staff. There was also a great choice in beers.
We were on a coach on our way to watch Arsenal v Leeds , we were stuck in traffic and had no chance of making the game . We decided to pull off the motorway and after being turned away by a few pubs and the match had already started we came upon the Clifton inn who welcomed all of our coach party into their establishment. We watched the game out and enjoyed great hospitality and good beer . Thank you to everyone there. We will definitely be back . Marching on together Leeds...read full review

A lovely pub with a great atmosphere, the staff go above and beyond. Ram and Steph the owners are lovely as is Ellie who manages the bar. Thank you for looking after us all at my mum's wake. See you soon.Emma
