Placed an order on the app this weekend. A bug in the app meant the order was placed twice. Despite being a slightly complex process (Paypal), the franchise owner followed up and made sure the refund was processed and kept in touch. Obviously anyone would provide a refund, but I expected a lot of chasing etc. They clearly care. Thanks!
On the 05/05/21 I had the greatest sandwich subway has ever produced, courtesy of a individual called Regan. All other sandwiches will be judged to this level from now on. Thank you.

Bit slow because of delivery orders, also they couldn't redeem or put points on the club card. It did have this clearly signed at the start. The guys seemed good at putting a sandwich together and letting you pay for it... It was delicious
