Always wanted to be first for breakfast at an hotel, guess that's a sad ambition but it took 65 years to achieve it ?So, staying at the Hyatt Regency here in Birmingham, and not for the first time. Went to the Aria for an afternoon tea birthday celebration. It’s normally quite difficult to get anyone to do extras during the Christmas period for a birthday, but nothing was too much trouble for Aria. The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. The staff were even more welcoming and the food was amazing.They even did a birthday message on a platter with cake for my daughter!Thank you so much for the beautiful experience.

A relaxing large atrium is a perfect place for breakfast, and the Aria breakfast is a fest indeed. Stand outs are the attentive staff, particularly Vinay, who was exemplary, and also the general attention and smiles of the waiting staff at this metropolitan hotel
