Had just flown/took train all the way from Vancouver and felt absolutely horrid. It was late and we were hungry and not in the best of moods....our server Christian turned it all around for us with his amazing attitude and spectacular service! We are dairy free and this is usually a challenge wherever we go...but not here. Fantastic options were already available and then he went the extra mile speaking to the chef and making notes on our Hyatt room to ensure we were well cared...read full review
