The drive through is terrible and always an issue as they kept 2 lanes to join the cue which causes havoc and takes forever!Also some staff need to learn to say "thank you and please."
Amazing food, polite staff including the delivery driver. I really don't give feedback but this place deserves my time and effort. The breakfast selection is amazing and tasty, very generous portions and free hot drinks. I will definitely be ordering again and recommend Big Johns Lawley Middleway to family and friends. Had a couple of bad times here, but overall it's an excellent joint. Food is a bit of a hit or miss depending on what you get, but it's still a loveable place.Parking: There's a lot of spaces, but during busy times like after the night prayer in Ramadan, it's near impossible to find somewhere.
