Would of given a higher rating but sadly understaffed on a University open day!!! A big own goal from Costa!!! Waited a while to be served and get the drinks and food , others was waiting and luckily I had time but I could see others was annoyed at the wait. 2 people to make the drinks (one is trainee I think) 1 to heat up or grill sandwich etc . The staff here are so lovely! One of the male servers is always friendly and smiling. The other younger man has offered to carry my tray. The young lady on the till is really helpful and thoughtful and knows the drinks well.They have never run out of anything I've wanted (unlike most other Costa stores I've been to) and I'm pleased to see more vegan options recently.

Went to one stop Costa coffee and was welcomed by the staff. When I got to the queue they already know my order which queue they know my order. Love going there on the weekend and having a nice caramel latte with a nice warm cinnamon roll.
