A large store, which can be quite busy. I was disappointed, given the size, that they didn't have more of the vegetarian foods. I'm not one for writing coffee shop reviews but felt compelled to after our experience at the Harborne branch of Costa! My 9 year old daughter and I just so happened to be in the area late on a Wednesday evening and popped in for a quick drink and a treat. The service was impeccable - even though the staff had cleared down the panini toaster to prepare for closing, they turned it on again so my daughter could eat a fresh, hot panini. We liked hot cheese sandwiches and latte plus the hot chocolate.Remember if you want to use their toilet, get the bill receipts which have alphanumeric code to unlock the toilet door. They don't want to use their toilet unless you are buying anything for the cafe.No dedicated parking and would recommend using parking paid options behind Sainsbury's and Iceland.
