My first time at Haidilao and I loved it! Service was a little slow initially but we eventually got all of our dishes. We picked the 4 soup base option (really handy to try as many soups as you can) - would recommend the tomato and the soy butter ?? I loved the sauce station and the handy recipes for different sauces! The desserts and fruit are free and are really refreshing after some spicy hot pot! The cumin lamb was my favourite meat dish. This place is brilliant. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and meal. The food was delicious and we ordered loads for a really reasonable price. Food is ordered from an ipad, rather than a waitress, but they are at hand to explain everything. Food is delivered via robot, and then the raw food you cook yourself in your chosen soup. The sauce bar is great, and free fruit for dessert is included. We will definitely be back.
