“My wife and I couldn't wait to try a hot pot and decided to visit Haidilao. As foodies we were so pleased with everything. We didn't understand what we wanted but Leon the waiter was so patient with us and showed us the options. We ordered or food which came out quickly. The food was amazing.... a nice bottle of cold wine as well. The service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. The toilets were spotless and very modern. It was raining as we were leaving and we were offered waterproof rain coats to protect us. This restaurant, the food and the staff were faultless.... if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank again.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ali and other staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was top class from starters, mains to deserts.
It's rare to find ambience, quality of food, service and ingredients all top notch. Well worth the price. We weren't expecting large portions but were pleasantly surprised to find the portion sizes were pretty decent. The paneer starter, the chicken curry, naans, and the biryani were all very tastefully made. The gulab jamun was nice too.
The owners and restaurant Manager are doing something right. We need you guys down south in London. kudos to the chef as well.
We will visit again whenever we visit Birmingham!”

“Have eaten in here twice and also had a takeaway. Fish and chips is excellent and the chips are cooked superbly. Cosy seating area on ground and first floor. Very friendly serving staff. The food is served very quickly and hot. I recommend to anyone who enjoys Fish and chips to eat here as you will not be disappointed.”

“Had cod, chips & mushy peas tonight, absolutely lovely, recently moved to the area, cod was thick white fish with a fine crispy batter in fact best batter I have ever tasted, the chips are amazing, taste so delicious & not dry like some chip shops, love the little crunchy bits too, all in all what can I say, outstanding & I will be back!”
