Friendly, attentive service and delicious food. Based in back room of a pub - a bit different from the average curry house, in terms of venue and menu. Packed with diners. The mix daal tadka main, was delicious - very tasty, complex spicing.
As a consumer of Indian food 3-4 times a week and having run an Indian restaurant I’m not easily impressed. Having read the reviews I left some of my Birmingham regular Indian restaurants to give this food a try. I did struggle slightly finding the restaurant as it is housed at the back of The Wellington pub, walking through the bar I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely eating area to the rear that provided the perfect environment for a cafe/restaurant, their is an understated...read full review

Excellent food! Chilli Paneer, Rajastani Lamb, Paneer Makhani and the lamb chops all delicious! Best Indian restaurant in Birmingham currently. I hope you get your own place soon as I think the atmosphere could be better somewhere else away from the pub. The prices are quite high so a nice restaurant atmosphere would be more suitable.
