Hidden gem!This by far is the best spot for sushi in Birmingham. You can tell they really care about their product, especially when speaking to the main sushi chef. They are consistent and I would highly recommend!
The small storefront, upon entering, we discovered that we had been here many years ago. Since we arrived early and were the only customers, the service was exceptionally attentive. Because I really like salmon sashimi, we ordered salmon tartare, sashimi selection, dragon roll, and salmon aburi nigiri.
