Lucarelli is fine, but overpriced in my opinion. I suspect this is because the venue is rather pretty inside, which seems to attract lots of influencers and serious selfie-takers.The food was good, but not remarkable. Beautiful place and brilliant staff and service... The food, however, based on our dishes, wasn't so great... you pay high prices for okay food. The beef lasagne came in a small dish, no clear layers, very little meat and what seemed like a whole tin of tomatoes on top! The veal dish was bland, the pizza was okay as was the lamb. There are no sides with any dishes.. you have to purchase them if you want them..even a side salad. I will stick to the out of town Italian restaurants...read full review
Excellent service, excellent food! It's rare to find a restaurant nowadays that can offer both. Highly recommend the king prawn and scallops. Our only minor issue was that service was a bit slow to begin with but they apologised and made up for it when we hadn't even complained.
