Went here for the designated and limited story books for the children's meal: but when picking up the meal, I was told that there were don't had designated and limited books ? but the display board in the store did not indicate "sold out" ? This is clearly misleading to customers ?
Really busy outlet. Screen indicator for order numbers not working meant a milling crowd around the counter area. Not a very pleasing environment. Staff were calm and appeared unrattled by the 30 or so people queing in front of them, many with large ‘Uber Eats’ satchels. It was a school half term so plenty of children brought up the general hubbub. I was glad to exit.
